Advanced Gua Sha €447
This is a six-week online course. Open to FRCC graduates and all holistic therapists who have worked on the face.
It will enable you to give a wonderful stand-alone treatment, or you can add some Gua Sha to your face reflexology treatments.
This course gives you more advanced options to choose from for your client. The course includes comprehensive instructional videos, a Zoom lesson with me, a practical element, and a 1-1 tutorial each week. For practical assessment, you will do treatments on a model using the tools for lymphatic drainage, wrinkles, fascia release, and then lifting and sculpting. You will also do some work on yourself, you will feel and see the benefits for yourself.
Using different types of Gua Sha Facial tools and rollers, including rose quartz. We will be working over acupressure points, other Eastern points and face reflexology zones. You will learn more advanced techniques than the FRCC Gua Sha course.
This work will help to release tension, stimulate circulation and aid with lymphatic drainage. Different shapes of tools can be used in different ways, so we will learn how to use rollers, mushrooms and spoons.
We make sure that no damage is done to delicate skin and blood vessels. Firmer pressure is not necessarily better, technique is key.
You will have ongoing access to the online training and recorded lessons.
FRCC Short Gua Sha
This is a 3-week follow on course for all those who have studied FRCC and would like a short Gua Sha sequence to add to the FRCC treatment.
Using different types of Gua Sha Facial tools and rollers, including rose quartz. We will be working over acupressure points, other Eastern points and face reflexology zones. You will learn some basic but effective techniques.
The course includes comprehensive instructional videos, a Zoom lesson with me, a practical element, and a 1-1 tutorial each week.

Facial Gua Sha, is a training course that has so many benefits for you and your clients. This course uses different Gua Sha tools to give a therapeutic treatment that will help with wellness issues whilst encouraging lymph drainage, followed by working on wrinkles, releasing fascia followed sculpting & lifting.
We will be working online and with me over Zoom. You will have demonstration videos to support your learning. You will have live long access to these videos.
We will begin by warming the muscles of the neck and face before working with different shaped Gua Sha tools, working over acupressure points and meridians, and following the wellness treatment with sculpting and lifting techniques.
After the course, you will be able to instruct your clients on how to use the Gua Sha tools for themselves. You could host workshops for non-professionals and use them in your own self-care routines.
Past students managed to grow their business after introducung facial Gua Sha to their treatment list.
My first experience with these tools and pressure points was many years ago whilst travelling in South East Asia. I took a year out to travel and learn. Time well spent. Years later, with lots of experience and research under my belt, I am still learning, still fascinated, still passionate.
