This is a 3-week follow on course for all those who have studied FRCC and would like a short Gua Sha sequence to add to the FRCC treatment.
Facial Gua Sha, is a training course that uses different shaped crystal tools to help with wellness issues whilst working on lymphatic drainage, sculpting & lifting. We begin by warming the muscles of the face before working with different shaped Gua Sha tools, working over acupressure points and meridians, following the lymphatic treatment with sculpting and lifting techniques.
You can show your clients how to use the Gua Sha tools, host workshops for non professionals and use them in your own self care routines.
Using different types of Gua Sha Facial tools and rollers, including rose quartz. We will be working over acupressure points, other Eastern points and face reflexology zones. You will learn some basic but effective techniques.
The course includes comprehensive instructional videos, a Zoom lesson with me, a practical element, and a 1-1 tutorial each week.
For practical assessment, you will do a treatment on a model using the tools for lymphatic drainage, wrinkles, and fascia release, and then lifting and sculpting. You will also do some work on yourself, you will feel and see the benefits for yourself.
We make sure that no damage is done to delicate skin and blood vessels. Firmer pressure is not necessarily better, technique is key.
You will have ongoing access to the online training and recorded lessons.
