How can I drink enough?

Are you finding it hard to drink 2 litres of water a day? Need some tips?

  1.  Fill a jug of water each morning and add different herbs or fruit each day. Mix it up a bit to stop it getting boring.
  2.  Have a water bottle with you in the car or when you are out walking.
  3.  As you empty, get a refill! After going to the bathroom, have a glass of water. Remember you will be getting more exercise by having plenty of bathroom breaks.
